Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clu3 (clu3.io), operated by Miss Sunshine Media LTD (trading as Brandstart), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Clu3 is a free daily word puzzle game. A new puzzle is published each day at midnight. The service includes optional account creation for cross-device progress syncing, practice mode, and multilingual support. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

User Accounts

Account creation is optional. If you choose to create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must provide accurate information when registering
  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us

Acceptable Use

When using Clu3, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Share puzzle answers publicly before the day's puzzle has ended

Intellectual Property

All content on Clu3 -- including puzzles, design, code, graphics, and the Clu3 name and logo -- is the property of Brandstart and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

The share feature is provided for personal, non-commercial use to share your puzzle results with friends.

Disclaimers & Liability

Clu3 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brandstart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Clu3 at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Clu3 after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Clu3 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
